Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to a 25% cancellation fee if canceled within 24 hours of appointment time and date. All bookings are subject to a 5% per 30 minutes late fee, up to 25% of the service cost (ie. 1 hour late = 10% added fee) All bookings are subject to a 50% "no-show" fee if client does not communicate arrival issues or schedule changes (ie. client does not show up and does/has not contacted GPD)
